1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at notifyuse@vexralorwhrexxon.world within 30 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be included in the refund amount unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products returned after 30 days from purchase date
- Products without proof of purchase
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at notifyuse@vexralorwhrexxon.world with photos of the damage or defect.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
10. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to this refund policy.
