How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your rights under the CCPA, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by:

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

To verify your request, we may ask you to provide information that matches information we have on file about you.

Response Timing

We will respond to your verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. To do so, you must provide the authorized agent written permission to submit the request on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
